Terms of use

What Nearstep offers, what stays free, what the one-time purchase covers and what we don’t promise.

What Nearstep is

Nearstep gives practical support after a breakup: free help for the moment, four guided preparations for real-life situations, and a place to keep and reuse what you prepared. It is made by Ternmade, an independent app studio. The developer account named on the store listing is responsible for the app.

Nearstep is not therapy, medical care or emergency support. It doesn’t diagnose, treat or promise recovery, reconciliation or any outcome. It never asks you to avoid contact that you need for children, work, study or shared responsibilities.

Free help, sample and purchase

Free, always: the pause, help with the urge to text or check a profile, practical messages, notes you don’t send, complete examples, and reading, copying, using, editing, exporting and deleting your own results.

The seven-day sample gives the full guided set for seven days, 168 hours. It starts only when you choose it, once per installation on Android and once per Apple ID on iPhone. It never charges you and never turns into a subscription.

Full guidance is a one-time, non-consumable purchase made through the App Store or Google Play at the price your store shows. It covers new guided preparations and adjustments of the four tools in this version, with no renewal, time limit or credits, for as long as your store entitlement is valid. It doesn’t promise future collections, human services, sync or compatibility with every future device.

Restore purchase brings access back on the same store account. Refunds follow the policies of Apple or Google.

Your content

What you write and choose is yours and stays on your device. You are responsible for copies you export and for where you keep them. We don’t see, moderate or back up your content.

Using Nearstep

Use Nearstep for yourself and within the law. Don’t try to copy, resell or interfere with the app or the access service. Suggestions in the app are editorial examples; decide for yourself whether they fit your situation and your safety.

Changes and availability

We may update the app and these terms. An update doesn’t take away a purchased set, and your records are never locked behind a new payment. We may stop distributing Nearstep; local records and exports remain yours.

Liability

Nearstep is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you take, for records lost with a lost or reset device, or for store or network outages. Nothing here limits consumer rights that apply where you live.

Age and law

You must be at least 16 to use Nearstep. These terms are governed by Brazilian law, where the developer is established, without limiting mandatory protections where you live.

Questions about these terms go to the support address.
