Tell us which screen you were on, what you tried and what happened. Include the app and operating system versions. Do not send health records, passwords or access codes. Keep the installation if it contains records or drafts you still need to consult.
Are my records saved in the cloud?
No. This version keeps history on your device without sign-in or sync. Saved on this device does not mean recoverable on another device.
Does export restore my history?
Not yet. The JSON file lets you read a copy outside the app; import is not available. Do not delete the installation to test recovery.
Did switching kg/lb change my original value?
The selected unit changes the display. Original recorded values and units remain preserved; open the record to check them.
Can the curve tell me when or how much to inject?
No. It represents a fixed research profile using compatible records, without measuring personal levels. Ask your treating professional about doses, delays or symptoms.
How do I erase my data?
A deleted record remains in Deleted records and can be restored. To remove all local data, delete the app and its data in system settings. Delete exported files separately. There is no remote account to cancel.
